2007 Mitsubishi Evolution 9 MR

Project Time Attack style car, still a work in progress owned by Steve Jones and Kim Ledger.

LFP have built this car with rollover protection, light weight carbon fibre doors and panels.

The car runs a 2.3L 4G63 motor with forged pistons and has a special manifold and turbo combination. The car has ’stump pulling’ torque and revs to 6,500rpm max.

The car rides on KW suspension and shocks with 9” wide lightweight wheels.

The car runs a variety of gearboxes depending on the event, the selection includes a 6 speed Mitsubishi, 5 speed PPG Dog and a close ratio Ralliart 5 speed. The driveline also includes a Ralliart clutch and pressure plate system (upgrade from TMR) and has a special selection of Ralliart differentials for track, hill climb, autokhana or sprints.
